Cen Land commits to competitive commissions after 48 hours and supports 50/50 marketing costs. Depending on job positions, the salary ranges from VND6 to 50 million/month.
With additional 1,000 sales executives for Vinhomes products and over 1,000 realtors for secondary market, Cen Land is known in different real estate market segments.

According to the report of Vietnam Report published in 2021, Cen Land ranks No. 1 in the field of real estate brokerage. Cen Land is distributing many big projects such as: The Manor Central Park, Binh Minh Garden, Kien Hung Luxury, Xanh Villas (Hanoi); King's Garden Resort, Wyndham Lynn Times Thanh Thuy (Phu Tho) and more. In the South, a number of featured projects such as The Sol City in Long An, Happy One Central in Binh Duong, Stella Mega City in Can Tho and some projects of Vinhomes.
