Cen Land is the sales agency of Xanh Villas township

On October 17, 2020, Century Land Joint Stock Company (HSX: CRE, Cen Land) signed a partnership agreement with the developer Xuan Cau Investment Joint Stock Company to become the official sales agency of Xanh Villas township.

The event was held at Xanh Villas township, Thach That, Hanoi with the participation of the representatives of the developer Xuan Cau including General Director in charge of Real Estate Division Tran Nhu Trung; Deputy General Director of Project Development and Real Estate Investment Nguyen Anh Duc and Technical Director and Supervisor Vu Dinh Nam. Representatives of Cen Land were chairman Nguyen Trung Vu; Cen Land deputy CEO Nguyen Minh Hoi; Cen Land deputy CEO in charge of STDA Nguyen Thi Dung; Cen Land deputy CEO in charge of CHS Lam Van Huynh.

Representatives of Xuan Cau and Cen Land signed a strategic partnership agreement to sell Xanh Villas township.

The developer Xuan Cau is the pioneer in bringing Italian brand of motorcycles to Vietnam. In 2006, Xuan Cau entered the real estate market with projects that create green and sustainable living values. The most prominent project is Xanh Villas township.

Cen Land wins the trust of the developer Xuan Cau to be assigned as the official sales agency to sell Xanh Villas township.
