Starting from 2020, following the new business orientation, Cen Land (represented by Cen Homes) signs partnership agreements with connected agencies, partners, individuals, just to name a few who wish to develop real estate brokerage services in the form of a start-up. This helps to expand Cen Land's business network, supports and motivates individuals and start-ups.

With less than 10 employees, so far Cen Hung Yen has had about 60 employees, successfully selling hundreds of products in projects such as: NewCity Pho Noi, TMS Homes Wonder World Vinh Phuc, Pho Noi House, and more.
