The TOP 50 evaluates the business performance of companies in many different industries which listed on Vietnam’s stock market, based on three growth indicators including revenue, return on equity (ROE) and return on capital (ROC) for three consecutive years. The results aim to evaluate businesses’ administration ability.
Between 2018 and 2020, in the context of the complicated COVID-19, Cen Land still maintained a high growth rate with 23.8% revenue, return on equity (ROE) of 22.8%, the 3-year rate of return for investors of 22.9%. "Top 50 most effective companies in Vietnam" ranking is organized by Nhip cau dau tu Magazine.
Despite the impact of the Covid-19 complicated pandemic, Cen Land's revenue and profit in 2021 exceeded the set plan, reaching more than 5,700 billion VND in revenue, up 167%, profit after tax was more than 450 billion VND, up 50%.
