Cen Land among 500 largest enterprises for the year

On January 8, 2021, Cen Land was honored among 500 largest enterprises for the year, known as the VNR500 at National Convention Center.

According to the VNR500 (top 500 largest enterprises in Vietnam) in 2020, Cen Land is ranked the first as the real estate agency.

 

With over 18 years of experience in the real estate market and the pioneering proptech platform, Cen Land is taking the lead in the real estate brokerage market share in the North with quality properties for sale across the country. In 2020, Cen Land offers numerous projects such as Binh Minh Garden, Louis City, Xanh Villas, Kien Hung Luxury, just to name a few.

 

The leader in the northern brokerage market owns a diversified proptech ecosystem. The core of Cen Land is two main sales channels: Cen STDA and Cen CHS besides more than 700 connected agencies and over 15,000 realtors.

 

Moreover, Cen Land owns Cenhomes.vn proptech platform which creates a centralized and transparent place for real estate transactions, connecting thousands of connected agencies. Vietnam Report, in co-operation with the VietNamNet newspaper, announced on November 10 the nation’s 500 largest enterprises for the year, known as the VNR500. This is the 14th consecutive year that the VNR500 Ranking has been published to help build and promote the prestige and brands of local businesses.

 

The VNR500 ranking is built by independent study and evaluation by Vietnam Report, based on criteria for revenue, profit, total assets, and labour force. The ranking complies with international standards and is compiled through independent, scientific evaluation.
