PMC is assigned as the management service provider at Hoa Tien Paradise

On November 12, 2021, the cooperation signing ceremony between Hong Lam Xuan Thanh Joint Stock Company and VNPT Property & Management Company (PMC) was successfully held at Cen Group Event Center, Level 2, 137 Nguyen Ngoc Vu building, Trung Hoa ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi. According to the cooperation agreement between two parties, PMC will be the management service provider at Hoa Tien Paradise project, deployed by Hong Lam Xuan Thanh JSC.

This important milestone marks the completion of the service, asset management and exploitation chain. The project is expected to be put into operation in Phase one in the first quarter of 2022.

At the event, Vuong Van Tuong - representative of Hong Lam Xuan Thanh Joint Stock Company said: "Hoa Tien Paradise pioneers in developing the branded golf villas according to the first 4R living standard in the North Central region. We are careful in selecting contractors and strategic partners. Through the signing agreement with PMC, we hope the project will be managed and operated by a prestigious unit. This completes the service chain before the project is officially put into operation, and opens up opportunities to develop the service ecosystem of two parties in many other projects."

The strategic cooperation between Hong Lam Xuan Thanh and PMC helps to complete the chain of management services at Hoa Tien Paradise.
