The Vietnam Real Estate Online Magazine and the Vietnam Real Estate Research Institute organized the 3rd Annual Spring Real Estate Forum and the Ceremony of Honoring the Leading Real Estate Brand in 2022-2023.

Despite many challenges in 2022, Cen Land still achieved a revenue of VND 3,490 billion, profit before tax of VND 247 billion, and profit after tax of VND 198 billion.

In the face of challenges, Cen Land has flexibly adjusted its business strategy so as to minimize  existing risks to the lowest level. The company still recorded positive profits last year, and financial indicators were at a safe level. As of December 31, 2022, Cen Land had an increase in total assets by 22%, reaching VND 7,667 billion. After completing the increase in charter capital to VND 4,636 billion, the owner's equity rose sharply by 63%, reaching about VND 5,620 billion.

After more than 20 years of development, Cen Land has become the leader in real estate brokerage in Vietnam, with the domination of the market share along with cooperation in project development with many major domestic and foreign developers.
