Partnership signing ceremony between Cen Homes and Novaon

On December 24, at Level 2, 137 Nguyen Ngoc Vu building, Hanoi, Cen Homes and Novaon signed the partnership agreement. The event promises to open a new chapter, promoting the perfection and growth of the Cen Homes proptech platform.

Attending the ceremony were Cen Land CEO Chu Huu Chien, Cen Homes CEO Nguyen Quynh Mai, Novaon chairman Nguyen Minh Quy, Novaon Martech CEO Nguyen Van Hoan, delegates and guests.

Novaon becomes the partner to provide digital solutions for Cen Homes proptech platform.

Making the speech at the event, Novaon chairman Nguyen Minh Quy expressed his pleasure and honor to become the partner of Cen Homes. With 14 years of experience, Novaon hopes to contribute to Cen Homes development in Vietnam as well as worldwide.

Novaon chairman Nguyen Minh Quy introduced about OnCustomer platform and support features for Cen Homes.

Launched in May 2019, Cen Homes proptech platform pioneered in the application of modern technologies such as virtual reality (VR), artificial intelligence (AI), big data and more to analyze and capture market trends. Cen Homes proptech platform is to provide accurate information and support brokerage transactions in Industry 4.0.

According to statistics, Cen Homes has up to 250,000 accounts, of which Cen Homes app records 24,000 downloads. 500 projects are offered for sale on Cenhomes.vn along with about 3,000 posts for rent and sale each month. Average 800 brokerage transactions are wrapped up via this proptech platform per month.

In order to upgrade the platform and bring the best experience to users, Cen Homes BoD plans to seek partners to provide technology services: multichannel connection, behavior analysis, a log of customer activities and the assistant bot.

After evaluation of various partners and thorough discussion, Novaon's OnCustomer platform has been selected and Novaon will be the partner in the development of Cen Homes in the next phase.
