At the summit, Cen Group BoD summarized important milestones: more than VND5,000 billion in revenue, over 3,500 employees and a diverse real estate ecosystem. In which, Cen Land revenue is over VND2,000 billion, profit after tax is about VND302 billion. In 2021, Cen Land is expected to achieve revenue of VND4,000 billion and profit of VND355 billion.

At the Summit, Cen Group vice chairman Pham Thanh Hung summarized significiant achievements in 2020 and proposed development goals in 2021.

After about 20 years of development, Cen Group always follows start-ups and utilizes the strength of the community.

In 2021, Cen Group chose “Startup Ecosystem” as the strategy orientation. Startup Ecosystem was clearly shown through over 10 presentations during the summit. Each presentation is a puzzle: investment, project development, sales force, technology, marketing, training and more. It is Cen's community strength.

Cen Invest vice chairman Vuong Van Tuong presented about investment with the most breakthroughs in 2020. Strategic changes make total investment value of Cen Group in 2020 equal to the sum of the previous years for strong development in the coming time.

Connected Agency Development Manager Hoang Thanh Tam shared that with the right development strategy, taking advantage of the community, hundreds of connected agencies, and experienced mentors, Connected Agency Development Department promises to boom strongly with the revenue plan of VND500 billion.

Cen STDA is the most important puzzle in Cen Group ecosystem. According to Cen Land deputy CEO Nguyen Thi Dung, in charge of Cen STDA, with new plans and challenges, Cen STDA will try their best with 300 per cent to assert the leading real estate agency in Vietnam.

Cen Academy CEO Nguyen Phung Minh Hang sets the target revenue of VND30 billion in 2021.

Cen Homes CTO Nguyen Huu Kien will support and link all other puzzles in Cen ecosystem.
