Cen Land (HSX: CRE) – Real estate brokerage leader among giants in early 2021

Vietnam Report has just released a report on the real estate market in the first two months of 2021 as well as reputation and business results of real estate firms.

 

According to Vietnam Report, in the real estate brokerage, Cen Land (HSX: CRE) is the market leader and followed by Hung Thinh Land, Dat Xanh Mien Bac, DKRA Vietnam, Hai Phat Land, Him Lam Land and more.

 

In January and February, Cen Land (CRE) successfully wrapped up 1,788 real estate products with total value of over VND7,500 billion. Revenue from brokerage is estimated at VND252 billion. The company continuously announced to invest more than VND5,600 billion in two big projects in Hanoi and one project in Binh Duong.

 

 

Vietnam Report reveals that the real estate market will continue to recover and boom in certain segments and regions this year. Industrial real estate, mid-end apartments at from VND25 - 30 million/m2, serviced products, residential projects associated with industrial zones at from VND1- 3 billion and mountain resort interest homebuyers and investors a lot.

 

 “Land segment is not subject to any factor. This segment is still vibrant, especially in large projects with a high level of development. The value of this permanent product is increasing all the time. In addition, the land projects near Long Thanh airport, transport infrastructure works, emerging industrial zones, just to name a few will become trend when Ho Chi Minh City takes into consideration on the policy of revoking infrastructure to auction construction planning”, said Vietnam Report.

 

The survey of Vietnam Report on the house price trend in 2021 shows that increase in prices are inevitable, except for resort projects, about 56.25 per cent of experts and enterprises hold the belief that the price is stable and 18.75 per cent think that the price can decrease 10 per cent.

 

Experts share that price increase this year is not exactly predictable in uncertainty. However, it can be forecasted that high-end projects are well developing and the price may rise by 5 -10 per cent. Real estate products for people with average income are in good condition, prices are expected to increase from 5 -10 per cent in the context of controlled pandemic.
