Cen Land (HSX: CRE) targets VND4 trillion in revenue and growth of 89 per cent in 2021

In 2021, Century Land Joint Stock Company (HSX: CRE, Cen Land) sets a target of VND4 trillion in revenue, an increase of 89 per cent compared to 2020. Profit after tax is VND355 billion, up 18 per cent over 2020.

On the basis of sustainable development, victory over the pandemic and positive results in 2020, Cen Land has planned for 2021 to reap more success, revenue reaches VND4 trillion, up 89 per cent and profit gains VND355 billion, up 18 per cent.

In which, revenue from real estate brokerage strives to reach VND1,551 billion (up 50 per cent compared to 2020) thanks to the market expansion and the recovery of the real estate market; revenue from real estate transfer sets a growth target of 129 per cent over 2020, reaching VND2,372 billion from total investment of more than VND5,600 billion and future secondary investment projects. Revenue from advertising services, events and other revenue also plans to achieve a high growth rate of over 80 per cent by VND27 billion and VND50 billion.

 

The 2021 plan represents Cen Land's strategy and ambition to become a billion-dollar company owning the largest real estate service ecosystem in Vietnam with high growth rates from now to 2023.

 

BoD of Cen Land said that the real estate market in 2021 still has many potential risks because the pandemic has not completely ended. However, the COVID-19 is an opportunity for Cen Land to make a breakthrough based on the business results in 2020. The Board of Directors has identified plans from the beginning of the year and made comprehensive acceleration.

 

In 2020, despite the pandemic and economic decline, Cen Land continues to take the lead in the real estate brokerage. The company has recorded positive business results: 8,416 successful transactions, equivalent to more than VND32,000 billion; Net revenue of VND2,114 billion, 92 per cent that of 2019. In which, revenue from brokerage is VND867 billion, 87.7 per cent compared to 2019, revenue from real estate transfer increases 25.5 per cent with VND1,230 billion. EAT is VND302 billion, EPS is 3,692 dong/share.
