In 2020, Cen Land accelerates the digital transformation. Cen Homes proptech platform has the number of registered accounts up to 250,000, of which Cen Homes app records 24,000 downloads. The number of users increased by 62 per cent in the last four months. Cen Homes is offering 500 projects with about 3,000 posts each month. Average transactions per month are about 800 products.
