Cen Land always supports young Vietnamese businessmen. On April 27, 2021, at the press conference, Shark Tank Vietnam Season 4 announced Cen Land to be the strategic partner of this year's show.

Previously, Cen Group – the parent company of Cen Land announced an investment of $1 million in Revex platform. Revex will be the intermediary platform connecting real estate developers and investors. Investors can contribute capital to invest together, depending on their financial capacity.

Cen Land looks for talents and start-ups to expand the service ecosystem. Previously, Cen Land accompanied startups in three seasons of Shark Tank Vietnam with hundreds of billion VND.
Tuong said that accompanying Shark Tank 4 is an opportunity to share Cen Land's entrepreneurial spirit, creativity and aspirations. He hopes to promote the spirit of the start-ups as well as contributing more to the economic development of Vietnam.
Towards billion-dollar firm
With the digital transformation strategy, Cen Land is catching up with the trend to conquer new heights towards the billion-dollar firm.
Recognising the important role of technology in its development, Cen Land has also invested in Cen Homes proptech platform and recruited more specialists to upgrade the platform with new technologies such as peer-to-peer connectivity, big data, and AI.
With the strategy of cooperation with major developers including Vinhomes, Novaland, Bitexco and more, Cen Land has built special forces for each developer, expanded local member companies, and diversified sales channels.

In 2021, Cen Land sets a net revenue target of VND5,000 billion, up 136 per cent year-on-year. Profit after tax is set to increase 36 per cent to VND408 billion. By 2022, net revenue is expected to reach VND8,500 to VND10,000 billion.
Thanks to strategies and orientation, since Q1 2021, Cen Land has recorded impressive business results, equal to the revenue of 2020. Consolidated revenue in Q1 was VND2,040.8 billion, completing 40.8 per cent of the year plan.
Consolidated profit after tax in the first quarter of 2021 was VND122.6 billion, completing 30.1 per cent of the year plan. Cen Land's net revenue rose by 656.7 per cent and profit after tax increased by 190.2 per cent over the same period last year.
On the stock market, CRE shares rose to the ceiling price at VND39,700/ share on May 4. Market capitalization reached VND3,614.40 billion.
